I have created this online resource to help anyone planning to cater their own wedding using the experience, planning skills, and expertise I gained over the years.
Plus, I was frequently on-site to help coordinate the receptions, which provided insights unique to a self-catered event. And, these are significantly different from those with professional chefs and wait staff.

Meanwhile, here on my site, I will be focusing on adding more yummy recipes that my clients’ guests love.
I am so excited about my recipe software because it lets you, my reader, adjust the recipe servings, create menus, save collections and generate shopping lists – right in the computer. And, you can even add your own recipes.
You can also open the shopping list on your iPhone or Android while you are shopping and check off the items as you put them in your cart.
ON THE DRAWING BOARD
Watch for the menus I will be creating for different types of reception appropriate meals with a variety of dishes that can be prepared from one month to one day before the event.
And then videos to demonstrate arranging the buffet, food presentation and who knows what else. I am so excited!
